I'm doing this a little backwards- these are some pictures that our sister-in-law took when Jozie was 2 weeks old and some of our favorites from the hospital.

A look at the past few weeks....

We decided that it's about time to update our blog with some new pictures of our little girl! Jozie is just about 6 weeks old now and seems to be growing fast. She sure is a little snuggle-bug and we think that she is already a drama queen (she is very expressive with her hands- check out the picture of her in the bassinet) and we wouldn't have it any other way! The pictures that we are posting are pretty much from day 1 up until a couple of days ago. The most recent pictures are first.

Welcome to the world JOZIE RYAN!!

On January 31st at 5:30pm, we were blessed with a sweet and precious baby girl.
Jozie Ryan was 7lbs/1oz and 19.5 inches long. She is healthy and beautiful and we couldn't imagine life without her. It was a very emotional and amazing experience and extra special because Daddy got to help deliver her. Needless to say, there were many tears of joy. We feel so incredibly blessed to have this sweet little one in our arms and can't even begin to express the endless love that we feel for her. Baby, Mommy and Daddy are all doing very well. Here are some pictures of our sweet girl and proud Mommy and Daddy.

Funny side note- the day that we were planning on doing our 9 month photo shoot with our sister-in-law was the day that my water broke. We figured that a picture of Andrew kissing his newborn baby is much cuter than kissing my big belly! The last picture is of me and Timber 9 months along...

MONTH 8 PHOTO

We are 8 months along now and can't believe how quickly the time is flying by (although, wishing it were going by quicker- we can't wait to meet our little one:))! We are less than 2 months away from our estimated due date of February 9th- almost exactly 2 weeks after Andrew's birthday and 2 weeks before my birthday and 2 days after my sister, Cassie's birthday. We figure that we've got to land on one of those dates one way or the other!

PHOTO SHOOT

I had my first professional photo shoot this last week with our sister-in-law. We are about 31 weeks along in these pictures. We had lots of fun and lots of laughs! Here are some of the favorites. Stay tuned for 9 month pictures- Andrew will be in the next photo shoot!

MONTH 7 PHOTO

We are a little behind on our pictures- we are actually just about 7.5 months in this photo. The time sure is flying by and we are starting to grow a lot! Baby Aasen is getting really active and Andrew is pretty sure that it's a boy because during a UFC fight Baby A was REALLY acting up! Andrew's view: this baby is going to be a cage fighter! Not finding out what the baby is sure makes it fun to hear everyone's ideas and theories on what it's going to be and other old wives tales.
