just a little something...

MEG & DAN

My cousin was such a beautiful bride! I'm so glad that I was able to be part of her special day~

she's busy separating her m&m's from the jelly bellys-our girl only wants her chocolate-think she's her mother's girl:)

NEW POTTY & MORE>>>

think she's been watching her daddy:)

say CHEEEESE!!

got up too early and fell asleep on the couch-she just looked so sweet...

Jozie is just getting so big we can't hardly believe it! She's about 26 pounds of love and sass! She has really been trying hard to talk lately-she has lots of stories to tell and often giggles between stories;) She still does lots of signing, but on her terms, she's been known to say "thank you" and just today she told me she was "all done" after lunch. I got so excited and started clapping and then she did too of course and then went straight back to the signing. I guess that she is just giving us a little taste of what's to come! A few of her favorite things right now are sunglasses, cell phones and KEYS-she loves KEYS!! She loves them so much that 2 of my cousins have sent her their old sets..it's so funny and she's got lots of people thinking about her-hard to believe, huh?

ROAD TRIP!!!

grumpy girl because she's leaving us:(

Here are some pictures from the morning that my family headed out for their week long road trip back to Michigan. They saw so many sites and had such a blast! Sounds like it was a trip that they will remember for a lifetime.

SLEEPY GIRLS

Ok this cracks me up....when we got up the morning that my parents and Cass were headed out on their road trip, Andrew was taking pictures of everyone. When he saw me he was so excited to tell me that he FINALLY got a good picture of Jozie and I sleeping together. I didn't know that this was something that he was working on so I thought it was really funny and of course, sweet that he was thinking of us:)Here's his handy work:

(for some reason I can't get this to upload horizontally-but you get the idea:))

SUNRIVER

zonked out after a bike ride...

Getting all geared up for our river float!

always have time for daddy kisses~

ahh..time for another nap:)

Time for catching up! This summer has been so stinkin busy and I haven't had a chance to do much updating...so here it is! We went to Sunriver for the weekend with my famiy and had a blast- we rode bikes, floated the Deschutes, played games and of course, ate & ate! Jozie was so good the whole time- she loved riding in the bike trailer and did so great on the river float...even in her straight jacket:) We had a lot of fun and made some great memories.

4th of JULY

So I am a little bummed- we had such a fun weekend with our little family and of course, my camera battery was dead by the time we got there-so no pictures of the fun weekend:( But I thought that we could still share some of our fun times with you~

We headed to Humbug for the weekend! I haven't been there since I was little and decided that it was time to start our own family traditions. We hiked the 6 mile Humbug trail and saw some beautiful views of the ocean. We played at the beach, watched the fireworks and ended the weekend by eating at "The Crazy Norwegian" restaurant. At this point, we were really bummed that the camera battery was dead- because after all, I live with 2 crazy norwegians and Andrew really wanted a picture with them in front of the restaurant. Just means that we'll have to head back for some more yummy seafood;) All and all it was such a fun weekend and we made some wonderful family memories.

I couldn't bring myself to publish a post without some pictures of our sweet pea! These are from a couple months ago taken by our sister-in-law. Thanks Anna!
